Oven Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients (choose from these vegetable suggestions)

1-2 Tbsp olive oil

Carrots

Potatoes

Sweet potatoes

Zucchini

Sweet peppers

Red onions

Eggplant

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F.

Toss your cut vegetables with 1-2 Tbsp olive oil.

Spread on baking sheet covered with tin foil or parchment paper.

Sprinkle with Cracked Pepper and Garlic jerky seasoning (without cure).

Roast at 375F for about 30-40 minutes until tender and carmelized, tossing once at the half way mark.
