1-2 lbs chicken wings
3 Tbsp Caesar Pleaser powder
1/2 cup water
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Tabasco sauce (more or less to taste)
Preheat oven to 375F. Place your chicken wings in the oven on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flip the wings after 10-15 min. Roast until wings are browned and reach an internal temperature of at least 165F.
Mix Caesar Pleaser powder, water, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce until blended.
Brush top of chicken wings generously with sauce and put them back in the oven for 5 minutes to carmelize the sauce. Flip the chicken wings over, brush the other side with sauce and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let the chicken wings rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with blue cheese or Caesar dressing for dipping.
For a smoky finish, try grilling these on the barbecue instead of roasting them in the oven.
