Bacon Wrapped Smoked Meatloaf


3 lbs ground beef

1 1/2 cups uncooked oats

1/2 cup chopped onion

3 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

2 1/2 Tbsp Caesar Pleaser powder mixed with 1 cup water

2 eggs, beaten

1 pkg bacon



Preheat smoker to 250 F. 

Combine all ingredients except bacon. 

Shape into two loaves and wrap with bacon. 

Place on racks in smoker and smoke until meatloaf reaches and internal temperature of 160 F. 

Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.



To make this in the oven, double the Caesar Pleaser and water, place in loaf pans, and bake at 350 F.
