Bacon Wrapped Smoked Meatloaf

Ingredients

3 lbs ground beef

1 1/2 cups uncooked oats

1/2 cup chopped onion

3 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 cup pre-mixed Caesar Pleaser

2 eggs, beaten

1 pkg bacon

 

Directions

Preheat smoker to 250 F.  Combine all ingredients except bacon.  Shape into two loaves and wrap with bacon.  Place on racks in smoker and smoke until meatloaf reaches and internal temperature of 160 F.  Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

 

Notes

To make this in the oven, double the Caesar Pleaser, place in loaf pans, and bake at 350 F.
